Description:
UT 380 Copper IUD is a contraceptive that is inserted inside of the uterus to prevent pregnancy. It is 98% effective against pregnancy, but it is not meant to prevent STDs. You can decrease your chances of getting pregnant even further by using a condom during sexual intercourse. Insertion only takes about ten minutes in the doctor’s office, and then you need to wait a day before becoming sexually active.
